1. Cryptocurrency:

TERMINATION
1. You may cancel this agreement with Duty Coin and, as a result, close your account at any time if all potentially outstanding trades have been resolved.
2. We reserve the right, with prior notice, to deactivate unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been dormant for 6 months or longer and to change or discontinue our website or service. Registered users agree that Duty Coin will not be responsible to them or any other party if their account or access to the website is terminated.
3. The suspension of an account has no bearing on the payment of commissions payable for previous transactions. Upon termination, registered users must provide a valid bank account for any currencies credited to their account to be transferred. The registered user is responsible for the bank account. If there are no alternative options for transferring the registered user's cryptocurrencies, they may only be transferred to a legitimate bank account after being converted into a currency. Duty coin will transfer the currencies as quickly as feasible after the registered user's request, within the time limitations set by Duty coin.
4. Duty Coin will ensure that such fees are communicated to you before transmitting your payment. If they cannot be avoided, you recognize that these costs cannot always be computed in advance and agree to be liable for them.
You may cancel your access to the Cryptocurrency Services with us at any time by providing us with written notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue your access to the Cryptocurrency Services at any time by providing you with notice, which may take effect immediately or at a later period stated in the notice.
We may suspend or terminate your use of the Cryptocurrency Services at any time without notice if: we are required to do so by a Cryptocurrency Exchange; you breach any condition of these Cryptocurrency Terms of Use; you violate, or we have reason to believe that you violate any law or regulation applicable to your use of the Cryptocurrency Services;
TERMINATION
We have reason to think that you are engaging in:
Any fraudulent conduct
Money laundering
Terrorist financing or other criminal behavior, or we believe that doing so is reasonably required to prevent you or us from violating any relevant law or regulatory requirements.
We may suspend your use of the Cryptocurrency Services at any time: for security reasons; or if we reasonably suspect the Cryptocurrency Services have been or are being used without your authorization or fraudulently; and we will notify you either before the suspension or if prior notification is not possible under the circumstances, promptly after the suspension, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so.
We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any suspension or denial. If an early warning is not feasible, we will notify you immediately.
Unless prohibited by law (or unless the relevant Cryptocurrency Exchange does not provide us with details), we will make every effort to provide you with information about the nature of the suspension or refusal, the anticipated duration, and anything you need to do to correct any error or circumstances that led to the suspension or refusal.
Upon termination, for a period of days following the date of termination, unless prohibited by applicable law or by any court or other order to which we are subject in any jurisdiction:
You will be able to monitor the balance of your interest(s)
You cannot purchase any further interests in Supported Cryptocurrencies or make or receive them.
You may sell your holdings in Supported Cryptocurrencies back to us at our discretion.
To prevent ambiguity, if your Account is cancelled or suspended, your access to the Cryptocurrency Services will also be terminated or suspended (as applicable).
AVAILABILITY
1. All services offered by Duty Coin are provided "as is." We make no guarantee of anything.
2. In the case of a clause or unexpected maintenance, we may suspend the time of non-availability. We will take reasonable steps to notify you. In an emergency, this may not be feasible.
3. We will not be liable for any delays, failures in performance, or interruptions in service that are directly or indirectly caused by any reason or condition beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, any delay or failure due to any act of God, an act of civil or military authorities, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, war, strike or other labour dispute, fire, interruption in telecommunications or Internet services or network provider services.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Duty coin has the right to amend, add, or delete portions of these conditions at any time and its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance via your account. INDEMNIFICATION

VALIDITY

TRANSACTION RECORDS
When you complete a Cryptocurrency Transaction, we will: send you an email with transaction information to the primary email address associated with your Account and Display the transaction information in your transaction history, including the date of the transaction, the fees collected, and the currency rate used (if applicable).
Each cryptocurrency transaction and peer-to-peer transfer is assigned a unique transaction ID and is recorded in the transaction history. We shall not change or update any information in your online transaction history.
You should review your transaction history regularly and contact Customer Service as soon as possible if you see any abnormalities or have any queries.
